I am a medical herbalist with a deep and abiding love for the plants and the natural cycles that hold us all. My work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins with reconnection; to ourselves, to the earth, and to the quiet wisdom that nature offers in every season.
Through the language of herbs, I support people in finding balance and vitality, working gently with the body’s own rhythms to restore harmony and wellbeing. I hold a special passion for women’s hormonal health, guiding women through the changing landscapes of their lives with care, understanding, and the support of plant medicine.
Each consultation, each remedy, each moment spent in nature reminds me that healing is not just about fixing what’s broken, but remembering our wholeness. My deepest joy is helping others rekindle their relationship with the natural world, and in doing so, rediscover the medicine that has always been within them.
